Used this rope for "Aider Steps" & "rope mod" ladder attachment for climbing sticks to ascend trees for hunting. Low to little stretch.. somewhat stiff, but that comes along with low stretch. Would buy again...I bought this rope to practice tying knots and belaying as a new rock climber, with no intention of using this rope to actually climb. It's a good thing I didn't have such an intention, because this rope is extremely stiff and will not move through most belay devices. I'm sure it has other good uses but climbing is not one of them.As I stated I have no idea what a good climbing/rappelling rope should be. Did I climb a tree 30 mins after having it? Yes. Did I fall? No. I'm working on saddle hunting for the 2023 season so I have plenty of time to figure out what a good rope is. This maybe be that rope idk yet though. It is stiff, which i found good,but should break in with time. Would I buy again? Idk, I've only had it a short time. 3 stars review is based on apon my lack of knowledge so I very well couldnt give it 5 stars out of principal. Do what you wish with this information. I'm 5'9 230 just for physical reference and was more then confident in its strength.Update.... so after a half dozen tree climbs and repels, I wouldn't purchase this rope again. The stiffness that I thought would go away didnt. Seems as though the inner core and outer sleeve dont like each other. When I repel down the outer sleeve bunches up on the core . So the length of rope I repel on feels different then the rest. Now maybe it's my lack of knowledge in climbing rope but I'm going to go out on a limb and say that's not supposed to happen. I did cut 20' for a safety line for a ladder stand for my kids to clip off to. So in all I didnt lose anything there. Also I cut off about 8' of the stiff line and it makes a great flip line tied in with a ropeman1.I bought this to make homemade dog leashes and tie outs. It will work well for this.We wrapped the bumper of our Sidecar on the Ural motorcycle with this rope,Matches the paint and looks ? really Kool..!! ?✅Worked perfectly for a swing off our deckBe sure to understand different rope types before you buy and make sure you get the type you need, otherwise you may be endangering yourself. With that said this will work for for what I need it for. I got this and was nicely surprised to see it is better than I expected. I have not had the chance to actually use it yet but the quality looks really good and it's looks exactly like the pictures and included the carabiners (but I wouldn't trust it for true climbing as they're not rated). I would purchase again.Great rope for the price!!!
